Social Media and Outreach Associate

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of social media marketing strategies and website development to enhance program exposure
  • Work collaboratively with GEH LAB’s Social Media Coordinator and team members
  • Build social media presence and following and manage electronic communications
  • Produce multimedia content for GEH LAB’s social media platforms
  • Design newsletter and email templates
  • Manage and increase digital media (photos, videos, word clouds etc.)
  • Design flyers and outreach materials

Qualifications

  • Must be knowledgeable in the functions of social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Houtesuite.
  • Must be knowledgeable in the functions of Google Drive, Skype, Drop Box, and Slack
  • Must have access to computer, internet, and digital tools to carry out duties
  • Should have a desire to contribute to Global Health and Development and the Sustainable Development Goals
